Representative institutions are obliged to operate with TRANSPARENCY and to facilitate PARTICIPATION of citizens in their decision-making processes. As Local and Regional Authorities, we will reinforce the effectiveness of the policies we design and implement if we place a system of transparent management, thereby enabling the responsible participation of citizens in political life, within reach of the opinions we represent.
