Objectives
To enable Representatives (Diputados(as) ) of the Madrid Assembly to access in-house documentation via portal technology and the benefits it brings, including easy-to-use screens, on-line technical support, menus, links to other web sites, etc.
Action plan / Activities
- To enable Representatives of this Regional Local Authority (RLA) to access in-house and external documentation on earlier political debates, as well as materials that can support preparation for ongoing and future debates. - To retrieve fill-in forms for request of on-line services, e.g., travel, health benefits, transcripts of list of expenses on Assembly projects, etc. - To enable Representatives to use multimedia services, such as real-time video, teleconferencing, format conversion, radio, other. - To personalize presentation and delivery of information to the Representative on a variety of topics on a daily basis (push-pull technology).
