Action plan / Activities
- Connection of all the secondary centres amongst them and with other centres - Use of the new technology as basic tool for the education and training of the students of the region. - Creation of new generations perfectly digital literate
Follow-up indicators
- Rank of computers per children (1x2) - The schools have been provided with 70.000 computers, all of them connected thanks to the Intranet and running with LinEX (FLOSS).
Resources and budget
- 70.000 computers located on all the secondary centres through all the region. - LinEx, FLOSS developed by the public administration, this allowed the public administration to save cost on the payment of licences and use that budget for the financiation of the Strategy on Information Society.
