To allow any citizen to present questions and proposals to groups of the Basque Parliament in relation to any topic
Plan d´action/ Activités
1.-To develop a participation space in the Basque Parliament's web page, where citizens can present questions and proposals to groups of the Basque Parliament and those members of the parliament can response them. The classify ideas formulated by citizens into twenty large categories. To link this participation service with the information provided in ZABALIK to encourage contribution about current decision-making process 2.-As soon as the parliamentary groups answer the authors of the proposal, they receive an e-mail notification.

This application, which is developed in open source software, has a direct investment of 60.000?. The software is at disposal of anybody. The implementation of the program, its introduction in the web of the parliament, etc. has no specific budget.
